Our Story

In 2011, the virtual doors of CITISOULS "opened" into unchartered territory as we knew it. Very few churches and faith-based organizations were operating entirely online, that is, until the 2019 Pandemic. By then, CITISOULS had ventured out on this course nearly a decade earlier.

The confluence of a pandemic, a slowly evolving, traditional church and an entire world just a swipe away, have laid fertile ground for a ministry such as this.

We are CITISOULS and the world is our sanctuary.

What We Do

CITISOULS partners with churches to meet the real-world needs of the people they serve. We believe that spiritual transformation is most powerful when it’s paired with practical care — helping individuals and families live with stability, dignity, and hope.

Our Mission

We help churches design and implement outreach programs that address the everyday challenges in their communities — so that the Church becomes a trusted source of both spiritual and practical support.

Why We Exist

Many churches desire to serve beyond the confines of Sunday worship but lack the structure or resources to do so effectively. CITISOULS bridges that gap. We come alongside ministry leaders to create outreach programs that meet people where they are — addressing needs such as:

Life-relevant Bible engagement that connects Scripture to daily living
Personal and professional counseling to promote emotional and vocational growth
Financial assistance and education for seniors and working families facing economic hardship.

We believe that when people feel secure and are having their essential needs for daily living met, they become more open to the Gospel message. That’s the heart of our mission — to make ministry meaningful, measurable, and relevant.
