Our Story

In 2011, the virtual doors of CITISOULS "opened" into unchartered territory as we knew it. Very few churches and faith-based organizations were operating entirely online, that is, until the 2019 Pandemic. By then, CITISOULS had ventured out on this course nearly a decade earlier. We floundered a bit, but here we are.

The confluence of a pandemic, a slowly evolving, traditional church and an entire world just a swipe away, have laid fertile ground for a ministry such as this.

We are CITISOULS and the world is our sanctuary.

Our Goal

CITISOULS is operated almost entirely online and that includes our message ministry. We believe in God's Saving Grace accomplished through His Son, Jesus Christ; AND, we serve God's people in practical and meaningful ways.

We are a para-church organization that helps individuals meet their most essential needs for daily living. When people feel safe and secure, they can begin to focus on their own Spiritual, personal and professional development.

We're working hard to bridge the apparent gap between the Church and the community it's designed to serve. Here's how:

Weekly Bible discussions/studies that are relevant to life as it is today
Personal/professional counseling and training
Financial assistance for seniors and for the so-called, working "poor" (People who spent at least 27 weeks in the labor force [working or looking for work] but whose incomes still fell below the official poverty level.) according U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics
Assistance with Internet access for school-aged children, and more.

In short, it's ministry for the way we work and live today.
